PUBLIC OUTREACH SESSION  The Chicago Department of Aviation and the O’Hare Modernization Program hosted a public outreach session Wednesday, March 3, 2004 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. to discuss the 20-Year Master Plan for O’Hare Airport.
